This course provides a brief overview of the types of chronic non-cancer pain. Participants will discover approaches to managing chronic non-cancer pain . Universal precautions for safer opioid use and what to look out for to identify opioid use disorder will also be discussed. Additionally, you will gain insights on how to communicate effectively with chronic pain patients and approaches to address stigma. The course empowers pharmacists to use their full scope and to provide comprehensive support for patients navigating chronic non-cancer pain.
