Reservations may be cancelled up until 72 hours local time prior to arrival with no penalty. Cancellations received after this time will be subject to one night room and tax which will be applied to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation.

The booking deadline is December 14, 2023, to secure the preferred rate for RxTalks. After December 14, the hotel will continue to accept room requests, however, space availability and the preferred rate are no longer guaranteed.
