Health Products Stewardship Association (HPSA) is a national not-for-profit Producer Responsibility Organization (PRO) founded over 22 years ago and representing over 150 pharmaceutical brand owners and manufacturers, whose mandate is to develop and manage stewardship programs in provinces where extended producer responsibility (EPR) legislations exist.
